1. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are handled by The Indoor Market team or trusted delivery partners.
- We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are paid once per order, regardless of the number of stores included.
- You will receive communication confirming your order status and expected delivery time.
- If you are unavailable at the delivery address at the confirmed time, a redelivery fee may apply.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every order. However, refunds will be handled under the following conditions:
- Unavailable Items: If an item is unavailable, you will receive a refund or may choose a replacement of equal value.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo as proof, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items you no longer want after delivery, as they are purchased specifically for your order.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund is complete.
